If you are experiencing a problem, simply visit our team with your ink cartridges installed and proof of purchase (if under warranty). Our certified Epson Express Centre staff will diagnose the faults and provide you with a solution or a replacement.
If your printer is still under warranty you will not be charged for any diagnostics or repairs. Simply bring it to our shop, tell us about the issue and provide us with your details and we’ll diagnose any and all faults with it. Your printer will then either be repaired or replaced with a new one if it is less than 30 days old. Warranty replacements are available out of this period but only with a previously refurbished model, this is Epson’s policy not ours.
If your printer is currently out of warranty, our technicians can of course still more than likely repair it but we will charge for our services. We impose a simple non-refundable fee of £10 for an A4 printer and £15 for an A3 to diagnose any problems, you will then be contacted and we will discuss the issues along with the price to repair. Diagnostics are usually completed with 24h but repairs can take longer if we have to wait for delivery of parts.
